Instructor Biography - Estelle Raimondo

Estelle Raimondo holds a PhD from the George Washington University (GWU) in public policy and evaluation research. She currently serves as an Evaluation Specialist at the World Bank’s Independent Evaluation Group and as a Professorial Lecturer in research methods at GWU. Over the last seven years, she has conducted evaluation and research assignments for a range of development and research organizations. Dr. Raimondo has published in peer-reviewed journals and books on the institutionalization of evaluation systems in international organization, evaluation use and influence, and evaluation theory and methods.
