Instructor Biography - Doha Abdelhamid

Doha Abdelhamid, is a seasoned researcher, academic and evaluation specialist with 30 years of experience in research on economic and social policy. She served as senior policy and international relations advisor to the ministers of finance, economic planning, local development, and administrative development in Egypt. As an evaluation specialist, Dr. Abdelhamid has provided advice to several international organizations, including the World Bank, Ford Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation and the parliament and government of Egypt. She has also been active in many international evaluation associations. She has several publications, research and methodological insights into collective action movements, M&E systems and tools and development reform dynamics in Africa.
