Instructor Biography - Richard Levin



Richard Levin is the Principal of South Africa’s National School of Government (NSG), steering the NSG as a centre from which public sector training is coordinated, provided and facilitated, curriculum and training standards directed, and as a hub for learning and development. Dr. Levin is an accomplished scholar and is currently a visiting professor at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. Additionally, he is a visiting professor at the University of the Witwatersrand where he chairs the Advisory Board of the Wits School of Governance. He has previously held various academic and lecturing positions at the Universities of the Witwatersrand, Swaziland and Liverpool.
