Instructor Biography - Steve Montague

Steve Montague is a Fellow of the Canadian Evaluation Society, an adjunct professor at Carleton University and has almost 35 years of experience providing consulting, evaluation, and education services to various governments and government agencies, as well as to NGOs, not-for-profit organizations, and international agencies. He has given workshops and presentations on four continents and pioneered the use of alternative logic model approaches, including the direct inclusion of “reach” in depictions of results logic and the use of various techniques in a variety of environments. In 2015 Montague received the Contribution to Evaluation award from the Canadian Evaluation Society.
